An AI agent for every user in your SaaS.
HelpAlive watches what users do inside your SaaS, intervenes the moment they get stuck, and answers their questions in real time with full session context. One product. One script tag.
What HelpAlive does inside your SaaS
Every B2B SaaS has two groups of users — the ones who succeed with the product, and the ones who silently struggle. HelpAlive turns information about the first group into action for the second. The same SDK that captures real-time behavior signals — pageviews, clicks, errors, rage clicks — feeds the AI agent so every reply lands in context.
The agent answers user questions inside your product, knows the page they are on, and the role and plan you sent through identify(). When an answer is not enough, in-app guides walk users through real tasks step by step.

Three sections, one workflow
Your dashboard runs the work in three sections. Agent is the AI assistant inside your SaaS — train it on your docs, set its tone, customize how it looks, and publish your changes when you’re ready. Studio is where you act on what users do — work through the inbox of questions the assistant couldn’t answer, and build in-app guides that walk users through real tasks. Insight is your adoption view — per-user activity timelines, per-workspace summaries, and how users are rating the assistant.
The loop closes itself. Insight shows where users are dropping off. The Topics inbox in Studio surfaces which questions need better answers. You ship a fix in the Agent or a Guide in Studio. Adoption metrics confirm the lift in Insight. No manual event tagging required at any step.
Get started today
Setup takes five minutes. Drop one script tag into your app, call identify() after login, and HelpAlive starts capturing behavior and powering the AI agent automatically. Personal data is redacted twice — first in the user’s browser, then again on our servers — so you get adoption insight without the privacy headache.
