Nudges, clearer test links, and a simpler Setup
In your app
- Nudges are new. A nudge is a small message that offers help when a user runs into an error, a button that doesn’t respond, or a save that fails. One tap opens the chat with the question already written. See Nudges.
- Test links end cleanly. The widget’s Test strip has End test. It asks first, then says “Test ended.” A link that was revoked or is past its 14 days says “This test has ended.” See Test.
- Activity is credited to the right person. Until
identify()runs on a page load, our script waits briefly before it sends that page’s activity, so a browser that switched accounts no longer credits the previous person. See Identify users. - The unread badge is per person. Unread messages belong to the signed-in person, not the browser, and a reload no longer shows a badge for messages that are gone.
In the dashboard
- Setup has four steps. The band shows how many of the four are done and the next one. A link from Setup to Train or Test shows Back to setup. See Setup.
- Test counts question batches as test chats. Each question in a batch counts as one of your workspace’s 300 test chats a month, and your workspace runs one batch at a time. Test assists and test chats start again on your plan’s own month. See Test.
- Compare pairs answers by question. It puts answers side by side and lists what changed between the two runs. CSV exports open in a spreadsheet with accents intact and no cell run as a formula.
- A test link needs published docs. On your app checks Your docs, published before it makes a link, with Go to Train if they aren’t.
- Audience shows test activity. A person’s assists from a test link appear on their Assists tab, and test chats are marked Test chat. See Audience and reports.
- Billing shows a canceled plan clearly. The band says “Cancelled: your plan won’t renew.” with the day it runs until. See Billing.
- Team says why an invite email failed. See Team.
- “Plan” replaces “package” across the dashboard.
