What HelpAlive does

Watches

A one-script SDK auto-captures what users do — clicks, pageviews, form submits, rage clicks, errors. No manual tagging. Personal data is redacted in the browser before it leaves the page.

Intervenes

A context-aware AI Agent answers in your users’ words — already aware of the page they’re on, what they just clicked, and what plan or role they’re on. In-app guides walk them through the task when an answer isn’t enough.

Reports

The Topics inbox surfaces exactly which questions your Agent can’t answer well, ranked by volume and severity, so your team always knows what to fix next.

Why this exists
